The word LIBERAL!
The word liberal is an adjective that derives from the word liberality. Also starting from this term is that was founded the Radical Liberal Party of Ecuador. The party emerged from the divisions between moderates and radical liberals in the Liberal Party of Ecuador. As in many Latin American countries, Ecuador has experienced much conflict, often violent, between the Liberal and Conservative. Eloy Alfaro brought the Liberal Party to power during the revolution, but today no longer avoids the party has spoken of neoliberals, because when we talk about the word liberal means that each individual is in total freedom of thought, expression, association, press, etc.., whose only limit is the freedom of others, and must provide a guarantee against government intrusion in the lives of individuals, freedom that exists within our nation. Likewise, there is talk of a principle of equality among individuals, understood in regard to various legal and political fields. That is, for liberalism, all citizens are equal before the law and to the state or the right to private property as a development and individual initiative, and as unalterable law that must be safeguarded and protected by law. But like any nation, there are establishments of civil codes, constitutions, and institutions based on division of powers (executive, legislative and judiciary) and the discussion and solution of problems through assemblies and parliaments. Then by using the word liberal in this context is not using in its entirety meaning because there is no a totally freedom for the reason that exist some control system like the government, which decides whether or not to release such citizenship.
